Charlotte Sodergren is a yoga teacher and author who has been dedicated to yoga and fitness since 2011. With a dynamic background as a professional disc golfer, museum librarian, and educator, she brings a rich and playful spirit to every class she leads.
In 2021, Charlotte discovered Earth Ways Yoga -- a practice that honors the Sensitive Self and deepens your connection to nature. This sparked a meaningful shift in how she approaches movement and well-being. Since completing her RYT 200 training in 2022, she’s been dedicated to creating safe, empowering spaces for people of all ages to move, breathe, and connect to their sensory systems.
Charlotte teaches weekly classes across Colorado, including Radiance Power Yoga, Soul Tree Yoga, and Tula Hot Yoga. Now she brings her joy for movement into the world of fitness through Fit4Mom. Her Foundations and Strides 360 classes support Moms in building strength, self-compassion, and community through mindful movement and fun, functional fitness. You can find her writing fiction and non-fiction on her blog, Gate of Life, reading and walking in the mountains, traveling in her van, scuba diving, and enjoying the ebbs and flows of each season with her husband and dog.
